Originally, Kyle did that because he heard a Justin Bieber song play on the radio. But I think it's lame.

I really can't think of a new script for this one... so I went random!

Obviously, you have no idea who's the person in the radio... would this help? [link]

Also, I had an idea of turning this into an "exploitable" (you know... you do the lines or script!), I really can't think of a good gag or story for now.
