Sorry for the quality, my sketches are usually messy and get edited after scanning. Work in progress, people... I'll ink it digitally soon.
More of Joseph's sidelines in the army band!
I'll give 40 points to anyone who can guess the title of the song they're singing! (you can name the artist too, if you want)
The title of this sketch is such a give-away!
I know a lot of people already know this song... I'll pick one lucky person (randomly) who answers it correctly.
The random picking will start tomorrow.Raffle's over. ~
wolfgrl1492 won!

It's (obviously) We Are Young by fun.
Bonus 20 points if you sing the song with me! Line per line, from the top. Like... You start with the first line of the song, I'll reply the next line, then you reply the line after that, and so on.
They say this song's overplayed on the radio... not in my country (HA)! But it is overplayed in my iTunes... 'Cause it's my favorite song. YEAAAAA
Your sketches always look great, very clean. I'd like to see more of them!
Great job on the expressions here, they really look like they're giving it their all. I imagined Reynard to have a deeper voice than the usual vocalist on this song though! Is he quite a versatile singer?
It only looks clean because I edited them in Photoshop.
Oh, they should be giving it all their effort! They can't disappoint the Great General on their performance.
His speaking voice is different, still a high pitched male voice, but he doesn't speak the way this guy does; [link] . Slightly deeper voice than him.
However, I want that guy as his singing voice-over. (he's my main inspiration for Joseph... or as you call him, Reynard)
Ah, I see! I should do that with my own sketches...they're normally incredibly messy.
The Great General? I'm intrigued...will we see him, in time? Or is he one of those leaders who prefers to stay hidden? :3
I like the way you come up with voices for your characters. I should think about doing that myself sometime (along with backstories for my characters, as well!)
Ahh, Joseph it is! Does he prefer to be known by his first name as opposed to his surname?
Just a habit of mine...Foley prefers to be known by his surname, as his first name embarrasses him!
The "Great General" is the raccoon on the yellow faction here; [link]
Since he's hunted down by the Allied forces for taking the wrong actions (that can ruin the reputation of the country last independent state, which is the place he governs)... pretty much, he's hiding from the public.
That's because I have a bunch of imaginary TV shows in my head. :3
I want my character to talk with a certain voice that I can remember.
He doesn't like being called "Joe" or "Joey" or "Everett" (his second name), because he thinks it doesn't suit his image and he got used to being called "Joseph".
Talking formally to him; he prefers to be called "Reynard" or if you're posh, "Sir Reynard"
Talking casually to him; he prefers to be called "Joseph"
I never knew about that before... I actually thought that's his first name! What's Foley's first name anyway?
Well, I like raccoons, so that's a good start! He seems interesting, I look forward to seeing how you develop him further.
Ahh, I do that too! I also compose songs in my head, paint pictures and things like that. That's really great to hear, I thought I was the only one who did that! XD
If he has a knighthood, does that mean he comes from a country with a monarchy?
Foley's first name is Bartholomew, or Bart for short...but he prefers to be addressed as Foley!
skip the repeat chorus.
Developing characters take time, dude. And I still have a bunch of characters that I want to develop, including Joseph.
I've met some people who do the same. That's where I sometimes develop my characters, in my imaginary show.
And whenever I listen to music, I imagine my own music videos. Like I mentioned here.
The country he lives in is a monarchical country; it's a "yes".
Shouldn't he be happy that he has a regal sounding name? XD But I think "Bart" suits his image. :3
Ahh yes, I know that! I've had my characters for quite a while now, and I still haven't totally decided on their development, let alone making any more characters! It's really rewarding when you come up with something you're pleased with, though.
Well, he's not really the regal type :3 I'm glad you think his name suits him, I thought so too...I'm not sure why though, it just does!
It's the ending already? I thought it was just the 1st chorus...
Anyway, from the top (we began from the chorus!); You'll get 20 points if we complete the song! XD
(Drum beat plz)
Give me a second I,

Vlad should've been developed by now, he's been your character for a long time. Foley, too!
That's the problem if you make too many characters with big roles, they all need to be developed, otherwise they'll end up being bland and lackluster or cliche.
It's because... BART. Like Bart Simpson! Some bratty yet bad-ass kid. As Bartholomew, it sounds awkward for his image. XD
My classmate says my character's name doesn't suit the character... and he's pertaining to Kyle. I was like, "WHUT, I don't get it. Kyle's the best name I can give him!"
